Project Overview

Clark University is one of Worcester's most storied educational institutions. It has a special place in Munq history, so we were especially hyped when they approached us in 2024 to help them showcase a new program coming to campus.

Clark's MFA in Visual Arts is a one of a kind experience that brings artists from all over the world together for a ten day residency in Worcester. It was our job to highlight the format of the program while showcasing the camaraderie and community that the artists created together.

A critique-focused model was a huge part of the MFA program's unique value. While at Clark, the artists receive valuable input from faculty and peers that they can't get anywhere else. This process and the interpersonal connections it creates were huge focuses of ours as we set out to tell the story of the program.

We facilitated creative direction and strategy with leadership at Clark to guide our video production process. Filming took place all over campus - we captured interviews with students, faculty members, and leadership and filmed contextual footage with the artists as they moved through the program.

In all, we produced a 4 minute Story Video, a 1 minute video for digital ads and web, and 15 short reels to be used on social media. Different treatments like these ensure that our clients can achieve maximum reach, engagement, and effectiveness across all their marketing platforms.

Already, our videos have performed incredibly well on web and social avenues. They will continue to be a cornerstone of Clark's efforts to raise awareness and enrollment for the MFA in Visual Arts program as it heads into another year.
